Well today's day 3 here at the new place.  It's been an interesting two days and I must say that I'm really glad to be here.  I've certainly seen a west coast startup (anti-corp) mentality  to the way the company is managed, how everyone is treated and the culture that has been cultivated. 

For instance, yesterday we had a company outing at this whirly ball place which was a blast.  It was refreshing to see the CEO, CTO and other execs relax and have a good time and I didn't notice any stomach-turning kissing up either--what a breath of fresh air.
